I was trying to eat a delicious fish taco this evening when CNN broke the big story of the evening:
A.) The Ukraine in flames ?
B.) The U.S. soldier held captive by the Taliban since 2009. (Seriously!?! WTF!)
Option 3.) Ted Nugent calling President Obama a "subhuman mongrel".

I'm no Nuge apologist but I don't recall ever hearing "subhuman mongrel" being used as racial epithet for African Americans.
Wolf Blitzer connected the dots for me (Thank you, Wolf.) between "the Nuge" and the nazi's use of subhuman mongrels to describe Jews back in WW II but I'm still a little confused.
If I used a racial term usually used against Hispanic folks against a Jewish person I don't know that they'd be offended so much as confused.
I'm probably wrong on this one, and I'm sure you'll be glad to tell me, but I don't know how offensive calling an elderly Jewish man a "spic" is going to be. It's just stupid.
But this is the world we live in now, I guess.
Bret Easton Ellis called it Generation Wuss.
Everyone is so offended about everything.
