We have enjoyed reading your blog and most of your stories have made us laugh so hard we were crying. But today's blog on "El Duece" has topped them all. ReplyDeleteI remember a certain pirate dumping me in high school and taking another lovely lady, whose name I shall not mention, as I am much more "mature" now and have learned she is a wonderful person... to a Scorpions concert with him at the (then) "Gator Bowl" in Jacksonville, FL where I cried my sweet little eyes out to "Wind of Change". Alone.
Oh and then there was the time that said pirate took my best friend, at least he was a fella, to a particular Tom Petty concert leaving me in the woods of Middleburg, FL with nothing more that a raggedy dog and ole' 22 to entertain me.
But hey. This is YOUR blog. I won't make it about me.
