I stumbled onto this website, http://radio.com/station-directory/music/rock/, while reading about the recent Lil Wayne vs. Mountain Dew controversy.
(Shocking a rap singer said something stupid.) (I'm surprised and hurt.)
Radio.com is pretty cool. You can select your musical preference (country, rock, urban, etc.) and then select from an entire page full of radio stations across the country.
The name of the song currently in rotation is listed so you can listen, for instance, to The Beatles on a classic rock station in Los Angeles, or like me, listen to Chris Isaak crooning "Wicked Game" on a station in Cleveland.
Wicked Game is over twenty years old and still the most smoldering piece of music/video ever put on celluloid.
There is none higher.
from Wikipedia:
"Wicked Game"[1] is a 1989 song by Chris Isaak from his third studio album Heart Shaped World. Despite being released as a single in 1989, it did not become a hit until it was later featured in the David Lynch film Wild at Heart (1990). Lee Chesnut, an Atlanta radio station music director who loved David Lynch films, began playing the song and it quickly became a nationwide top ten hit in January 1991, reaching #6 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, making it the first hit song of his career. James Calvin Wilsey played the distinctive lead guitar solo on the song.
The song is written in the mode of B Dorian. Through several years, many different versions and arrangements of the song were made before the final version was released. Both the bassline and drums (except the cymbals) were sampled from previous recordings of the song and then looped.[2]

I was at Farm Burger yesterday for lunch. Yes, again.
A.) Delicious food.
2.) 3 of the most stunning women in Atlanta work behind the counter.
(If you're going to pay for the food it might as well be amid a stimulating and pleasing visual environment.) (Not getting me anywhere but nice to sit and eat amongst the pretty people.)
Seriously.
Decatur?
I won't lower myself to level base allegations of stereotypes on the nature of Decatur demographics but I thought everyone there was a khaki wearing lesbian?
Don't get me wrong, I like both of those things - a lot.
The lesbians are a good people, always have been and I have this pair of khakis I've owned for over 10 years that are so soft that wearing them is like actually being turned into a lamb.
Yeah. That soft.
Anyhoooo...
What was I saying?
Yes, Farm Burger.
Glad you brought it up.
They were playing Dion's hit song from 1961, "Runaround Sue".
It's amazing how good that song still is.
Still fun and poppy and catchy. Still has that great hook to it that makes you want to sing along.
Same is true for Dion's other big hit "The Wanderer".
Listen to those songs.
It'll put you in a good mood for the weekend.
