Josh D'Agostino and I on Powers. |
I have no idea what wardrobe was thinking or what the hell I was supposed to be but those leather pants were assless and I'm sure that I'm the first straight man to ever wear them. |
Deep background for a recently filmed Jamie Foxx movie. |
Playing homeless. I went thru 3 bottles of shampoo to get that junk out of hair. Finally had to use vinegar and baking soda. |
Yeah. Ridiculous. |
No one asked but thought I would post a list of small roles I've had over the last year.
Alvin & the Chipmunks 4 movie - biker
The Walking Dead - stand in for Norman Reedus
The Walking Dead - Savior biker crew (Se.6, Ep. 9) - featured.
The Walking Dead - Savior biker crew.
The Walking Dead - Green Boots crew.
Neighbors 2 movie - French villager - featured.
Powers series - biker/bar patron.
Bastards movie- artist / father.
The Originals series - 4 episodes
All Eyez on Me movie - sound man
Stars, a Lee Daniels pilot for TV - foster care father
Baby Driver - prisoner
Office Christmas Party movie- patient
Rectify Season 4 - biker/country bar guy
Jacob’s Ladder movie - drug addicted homeless veteran - featured.
Too Close to Home, a Tyler Perry production - Biker.
Homicide Hunter w/ Lt. Joe Kenda - Alan Daniels, shooting victim - speaking role
Most of these are small background roles that you will likely not see much. On the tv show The Originals I was right beside the main actors in a couple of scenes and I'm still just a big blurry mess on screen. Such is the life.
On TWD I'm front and center, which was awesome.
I'm not sure about Neighbors 2. Had a good scene but they did reshoots and I'm not sure if I got cut or not - haven't seen the movie yet. The scene I filmed was Lena Dunham as a witch killing a bunch of French villagers. I got my head smooshed if I remember correctly. It was cool to play around on the green screen anyhow.
Ditto on Bastards. That's an Owen Wilson project and I'm not sure if it's out yet. I'm in the classroom with the fireman but doubt you'll see me.
I had fun on the Jacob's Ladder reboot and may have good visibility, as well as Too Close to Home which was just shot a few weeks back. Look for a guy being shot and thrown in the back of truck and you may see me.
My first speaking role on TV should air this fall on Homicide Hunters with Lt. Joe Kenda. That was lot's of fun and I got the chance to hang with my TWD buddies Matt Bolick and Brian Lancaster in Knoxville. Great crew up there in Tennessee and I hope to work with them again sometime soon.
That's all for now - off to the "day job" !
xoxo, J
